You should consult your own tax or legal advisor regarding your specific situation.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Certain Tom Talks Taxes content requires a paid subscription for access.

By enrolling in a paid subscription, you authorize us and/or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, and you are responsible for canceling before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree not to share paid content, credentials, or account access with others, unless explicitly permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, theft of content, or violation of these Terms.

All content provided through Tom Talks Taxes, including written material, graphics, tools, downloads, and other resources, is owned by TAG Publishing LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for your personal or professional use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly display, republish, or create derivative works without express written permission. Subscribers to Tom’s Tax Toolbox may distribute Client tools to clients for informational purposes.

User Contributions and Community Conduct

If you post comments or other content, you are solely responsible for what you publish. You agree not to post unlawful content, defamatory content, confidential taxpayer information, spam or solicitation, or harassing or abusive material.

We reserve the right to remove content or block users at our discretion.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it.
